Biography

As a registered Wellness Counsellor with the professional body, the Association of Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP), I offer counselling services for individuals who are experiencing personal or emotional distress. As a self-care facilitator, my role as a wellness counsellor is to provide guidance, comfort and support in a safe, confidential environment. I also offer online counselling for those individuals wishing to use online platforms such a Zoom, Ms teams or Google meet. My role is to ensure that my clients live a healthy, fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle.
